Responsibilities

• Build and manage new trusted relationships with customers (Automotive, Electronics and industrial market)
• Develop customers and new opportunities
• Communicate effectively with customers from all levels
• Establish effective relationships with main HQ personnel in Korea and US team.
• Align new opportunity with strategy of KOLON PLASTICS USA
• Seek for market information, trend and contribute to strategy of company
• Find profitable point between customers and KOLON PLASTICS USA
• Negotiate and review contract with customers
• Weekly/Monthly report to build internal strategy and plan

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 5+ years of experience in Engineering plastics business
• Experience working in a multicultural environment
• Understanding of plastics applications and its industry
• Value selling and negotiation skills
• preferential treatment for chemical majors

Pay

• From $90,000.00 to $2,200,000
